1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Empire Research Press, an independent international publisher and research consultancy based in Goa, India, founded in 2025 by Dr. Madhuri Kanojiya. By submitting an enquiry, engaging a service, or making a payment to Empire Research Press, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Empire Research Press provides review, diagnostic, editorial, publishing-readiness, research consultation, and advisory services. All services are delivered as professional written reports, advisory notes, or diagnostic documents.

Our services are guidance and advisory in nature. They do not constitute:

• Legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice
• Academic supervision or institutional mentorship
• Ghostwriting or preparation of academic submissions on behalf of students
• A guarantee of any publication, acceptance, degree, ranking, or institutional outcome

3. Enquiry and Quotation Process

All engagements begin with a formal enquiry submitted through our contact form. Empire Research Press will review your enquiry and respond with a private quotation that defines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and professional fee.

A quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Work begins only after you confirm the quotation and payment terms are agreed.

Empire Research Press reserves the right to decline any enquiry without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Scope of Work

The scope of every engagement is defined in the quotation. Services are delivered according to the agreed scope only. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a new enquiry and separate quotation.

Clarification questions related to the delivered scope may be raised within 5 working days of delivery. Clarification does not extend the scope of the original engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Professional fees are shared privately with each quotation and are not displayed publicly. Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are shared with your quotation. Empire Research Press does not store payment card information.

Fees once paid are not refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Empire Research Press is unable to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeline due to reasons within our control
• The engagement is cancelled by Empire Research Press before work begins

6. Delivery and Timeline

Delivery timelines are specified in the quotation. Standard delivery is 3 to 7 working days depending on scope and document length. Express delivery is available and priced accordingly.

Timelines begin from the date of payment confirmation and receipt of all required documents and information from the client.

Empire Research Press will notify you if a delivery is delayed for reasons within our control.

7. Confidentiality

All documents, data, and information submitted to Empire Research Press are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share submitted materials with third parties, use them for training or demonstration purposes, or retain them beyond the active engagement unless agreed otherwise.

Confidentiality obligations survive the end of any engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, reports, and documents produced by Empire Research Press remain the intellectual property of Empire Research Press until full payment is received, upon which the deliverable is transferred to the client for their personal and professional use.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Empire Research Press deliverable without written permission.

All books, articles, frameworks, and published content on the Empire Research Press website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Empire Research Press and Dr. Madhuri Kanojiya respectively.

9. Ethical Boundaries

Empire Research Press operates under a strict ethical policy. We do not:

• Write academic submissions, theses, or dissertations on behalf of students
• Fabricate, manipulate, or invent research data
• Guarantee journal acceptance, degree approval, or any outcome dependent on a third party
• Provide false institutional endorsements or misleading certifications

Any enquiry that requests services crossing these ethical lines will be declined. Payment made for such a request will not be refunded if the client misrepresented the nature of their requirement at the enquiry stage.

10. Limitation of Liability

Empire Research Press provides professional guidance and advisory services based on expertise and good faith. We are not liable for:

• Outcomes of decisions made by the client based on our advisory
• Rejection of academic submissions, manuscripts, or applications reviewed by us
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from our services
• Third-party actions including journal decisions, degree outcomes, or publishing platform decisions

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific engagement.

11. Testimonials and Public Statements

Empire Research Press does not use client names, testimonials, case references, or submitted materials in any public communication without explicit written permission from the client. Clients who provide testimonials grant Empire Research Press a non-exclusive licence to use the testimonial in specified public communications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any engagement with Empire Research Press shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

Empire Research Press may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
