1. Who We Are

Empire Research Press is an independent international publisher and research consultancy based in Goa, India, founded in 2025 by Dr. Madhuri Kanojiya. Our website is located at empireresearchpress.com. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at enquiries@empireresearchpress.com.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us. This includes:

  • Name and email address — when you submit an enquiry through our contact form
  • Phone or WhatsApp number — if you choose to provide it
  • Institution or organisation name — if applicable to your enquiry
  • Document details, project description, and timeline — as part of your service enquiry
  • Any documents or files you choose to submit for quotation review

We do not collect payment information directly. Payment is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To review your service enquiry and prepare a private quotation
  • To communicate with you regarding your enquiry or active engagement
  • To deliver the agreed service and any related correspondence
  • To send a confirmation email if you have consented to receive one

We do not sell or rent the personal data you provide through our enquiry forms, and we do not use that enquiry data for marketing or profiling. Note that our website may display third-party advertisements (see Section 7), which operate through advertising cookies rather than the personal data you submit to us.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — where you have explicitly consented, such as by submitting our contact form and ticking the consent checkbox
  • Contract performance — where processing is necessary to deliver a service you have engaged us for
  • Legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as responding to an enquiry you have sent us

5. Data Storage and Security

Your enquiry data is stored in our secure WordPress database hosted on our website server. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including SSL encryption on all data transmissions and regular security scanning.

Submitted documents shared for quotation review are used only for that purpose and are not retained after the quotation process is complete unless you proceed with an active engagement.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry data — retained for up to 12 months for follow-up and record purposes
  • Active engagement data — retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 24 months after completion
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us

7. Cookies and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, analytics, performance improvement, and advertising. Essential cookies include session cookies and security cookies set by our Wordfence security plugin, and our cache plugin (WP Fastest Cache) may set performance cookies.

These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant or personalised advertisements, as well as non-personalised advertisements, based on your visits to this and other websites, your settings, your consent, and applicable law.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. For more information on how Google uses data on partner sites, see Google's Privacy & Terms.

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings and through the consent options presented on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
