Everything you need to know before submitting an enquiry. If your question is not here, write to us directly.
Every project is different. A thesis chapter review for a 40-page chapter with a 48-hour deadline requires different time and depth than a 15-page proposal with a standard timeline. Showing a fixed price for every situation would either undervalue our work or overcharge yours. After reviewing your enquiry form — document type, word count, urgency, and expected outcome — we share a private quotation that reflects the actual scope.
Submit the contact form on the Contact page. Select your service type, describe your requirement, mention your document length and deadline, and send. We review every submission carefully and respond with a private quotation within 2 to 3 working days.
Payment details are shared privately with the quotation. We do not display payment methods publicly. Once scope and fee are confirmed, payment instructions are provided before work begins.
Each engagement is scoped and agreed before work begins. Because our deliverables are professional written reviews, advisory notes, and diagnostic reports — not products that can be returned — refunds are not standard practice. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we address it through the clarification window included in every engagement.
Standard timeline is 3 to 7 working days depending on document length and complexity. Express timelines are discussed at the quotation stage and may be reflected in the fee. Institutional and white paper projects have individually agreed timelines.
We offer four main areas of service: Research Consultation and Academic Review (proposal review, thesis chapter review, questionnaire review, literature mapping, viva preparation, and more); Publishing and Author Services (manuscript review, publishing readiness guidance, cover and interior technical review, book positioning, author branding); Business and Technology Advisory (cloud adoption, MIS, AI readiness, workflow diagnosis, white papers, FDP content, NIRF/NAAC documentation); and Professional Identity and Content Services (LinkedIn ghostwriting for experts, expert opinion letters, research brief subscriptions, website content for professionals).
Yes. The website lists our standard service areas, but we handle custom requests regularly. Write to us with your specific requirement and we will advise whether it falls within our scope and how we would approach it.
No. Empire Research Press does not run workshops, webinars, or group coaching sessions. All services are delivered as written documents, private consultations, advisory notes, or professional reports. This keeps delivery consistent and professional regardless of time zones or scheduling.
Private Advisory is a monthly engagement for researchers, authors, founders, or institutions who need ongoing structured support rather than a one-time review. It includes scheduled review windows, written advisory notes, and document review within agreed limits. It is offered by appointment only, after a discovery conversation. See the Private Advisory page for full details.
Yes. Libraries, college departments, research cells, PSUs, and organisations can submit a bulk order enquiry through the Books page. Pricing is discussed privately based on quantity, title selection, and delivery requirements.
No. Empire Research Press does not write academic submissions on behalf of students. We provide review, guidance, structure, diagnostic feedback, and advisory — not ghostwriting of academic work. This boundary is non-negotiable and applies to every enquiry.
Yes. Any document you share with Empire Research Press is used only for the agreed review, consultation, or advisory service. We do not share, publish, or circulate your work with any third party. No. Client names, document titles, and submitted content are never published, cited, or displayed publicly without explicit written permission. Testimonials are used only with your written consent.
