Dr. Madhuri Kanojiya

Dr. Madhuri Kanojiya is a researcher and systems thinker working at the intersection of computer science, organisational design, and management information systems. She holds a PhD integrating Computer Science and Management, with research focused on cloud computing and human resource management systems.

She approaches technology adoption, organisational design, and human systems as structural problems — examining why the same technology produces radically different outcomes across organisations, and what the architectural conditions are that determine whether a system investment delivers value or accumulates as organisational debt.
